Ar88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Account registration

Each user is permitted only one active account on the ar88 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. ar88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ar88 immediately through the available support channels.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless it can be proven that such access occurred without your knowledge or consent due to negligence on the platform's part.

Users of the ar88 platform are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any interaction with the platform;
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities using the ar88 platform;
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account;
• Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the platform's systems;
• Violating any laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia while using the platform.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Platform liability limits

Ar88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or loss of data. ar88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account suspension and closure

Ar88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity, requests from lawful authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion for operational or security reasons. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be returned depending on the circumstances of the closure.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the ar88 platform are the exclusive property of ar88 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content without the express written permission of ar88.

Third-party links

The ar88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ar88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
